Overview

When we can't avoid transfer pumps with low entry coolant systems, we try to minimize the problems associated with their installation and operation.

The objective of good sump/transfer system design should be to have reliable pump operation without any settling of contaminants. With proper selection, pumps can handle coolants with large amounts of entrained air, large diameter solids, heavy chip loads and even large needle like shards without complaint. Our customers benefit from our wide ranging experience with pump design and selection.

Design and Customization

Polytech considers the complete coolant system design and machine interface when designing sump/transfer systems. This allows us to provide the simplest, lowest cost solution that works.
